In more ways than one . . .
It’s about time that the snow came! It IS beginning to look a lot like Christmas!
We all knew that since Santa was coming to town soon, the snow would HAVE to come. And come it did (not lots), but very blowy and blustery, there it was when we woke up this morning . . . just in time to make driving not-so-good, but it WAS so very pretty, very Christmasy!
The background of snow, if you can bring yourself to eliminate the concerns of its inconvenience, is so peaceful, so quietly muffling, so tranquil.
Yes, mother nature provided the snow. As far as t.i.m.e., not too much left before Christmas. Lots to do. Always. Every year will be the year to be “under control”; so what if we never are? Celebrating what we have, and by have, I should say who we have in our lives, as that is what is so very precious. I’ve already been given my Christmas gifts. I’ve been able to spend some time with my much loved girlfriends, and my family is to be together soon. My immediate family is near me, my heart is filled with love and gratitude.
